Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds are not issued for correctly supplied goods. Returns may be accepted at the discretion of Mike’s Place and may be subject to a handling fee of up to 20%.

All refund or return claims must be submitted within the warranty period applicable to the item and will be subject to inspection. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and must not be stripped, dismantled, or modified in any way.

Performance parts are sold as-is with no guarantee and are non-refundable.

Please note: no refunds or guarantees apply to labour, towing, vehicle hire, data-dotting, or any other related costs. Refunds are only processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
